5 MONTHS!

5 Months is here and I'd really like a FREEZE button! He is SO much fun and doing so much that it's just perfect! I will say though that I know we had our first "tantrum" yesterday which I think I'm not ready for at all....but during bath time he couldn't reach what he wanted so there was alot of slapping, scream and thrusting his head back! HAHA! I couldn't help but laugh!

First my husband has been working SO HARD for us!! I know he hates being away from Peyton and he job has him going all the time lately!! So we just want to start out by saying THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! To our hard working daddy that allows me to stay home w/ our precious lil' guy. I cherrish every minute and I'm so grateful to have him as my partner! Peyton just adores him and loves on him when he gets home.

Peyton has now been to the FL Aquarium and the Zoo in Tampa (voted #1 by Parenting mag) The zoo is definitely hit or miss. I mean the animals HAVE to run right in front of him....we're not at that oooh look there and he does! haha! he gets distracted by other kids, a fly, his hat, etc....what a world he's seeing

This is at our zoo and it's the best part A: there is air conditioning thank you! B: the manatees, turtles and fish in here are HUGE so it's very very easy to follow

Well I know I've posted that this lil' guy doesn't really roll like he's "suppose" to but I do NOT care my lil' man can sit and he's 1 month early for that! YIPPEE!! haha! I do like this milestone - he's not going to fall off the changing table and he can play by himself now in a new way - it's a whole new world

I know how people don't lose the baby weight! I'm telling you that last 10-15 is HARD! So we're out now and doing the couch to 5k so lil' man is LOVIN the stroller rides.....

unfortunately i think the tires are a wee low so when I take off to run it's all wobbly!! haha!! I need to get that fixed....but lil' guy loves it! It's just part of the roller coaster ride for him

this was at the first of 5 months - the first time I came back in the room and said "crap! he can move" hooray for rolling ;)

Per MD orders - we started rice cereal this month.....he loved it the 1st time and now it's like ummmm....50/50...but he's just watching us eat everything so he's ready...I did try sweat potatoes and he "raspberried" them on my couch so I say not today mr! haha! back to rice

This month Peyton is really using all his "entertainment" toys! Basically if it moves or bounces HE LOVES IT!

We are just loving this lil' guy and watching him grow. His personality is coming out, he's getting his "big boy" face and laughes, talks and of course cries out for us!! Couldn't ask for more! (maybe a maid - but that's it)
